MedTrainer is an all-in-one solution for healthcare compliance. They make sure clients always stay on top of compliance requirements relevant to their organization.
Our challenge for this project was to provide site visitors with a better understanding of the product offerings and how those could be tailored to customer’s specific industry.
The old website did not highlight the value proposition clearly, and visitors often did not get to see all the solutions that MedTrainer offers.
Our team had to learn about each solution, identify customer needs and guide them to the right products that will help meet those specific concerns in a 2-month timeline.
Our goal was to overhaul their landing page with a focus of scheduling more demos or contacts.
Before the website redesign, MedTrainer had a low conversion rate. We wanted to create a brand that people understood, drive demo requests and at least double the conversion rate.
In our process of designing a better site, we interviewed HR representatives in healthcare (our target market) to understand how we could better explain MedTrainer and create content that resonated with their pain points.
We delivered a modern site for healthcare that explained a complex product in a very simple and effective manner. Users were able to understand the product offering with a simple glance and comprehend the value that a system like MedTrainer could bring.
In the end, our final designs proved to provide a better overview of what the MedTrainer solutions were.
