User Experience & Audits
User Experience
& Audits

After working with countless entrepreneurs and companies, we’ve come to realize that most digital products fail because they are difficult to use, confusing, or frustrating.

In short, they have poor user experience.

At WANDR, we’ve tested multiple models for measuring usability through qualitative and quantitative research. We’ve designed a framework that allows us to evaluate digital interfaces based on a robust, state of the art methodology.

The result is a comprehensive and detailed report of your product’s usability problems, and suggestions on how to overcome them.

What is user experience design?

User experience design (UX, UXD, UED or XD) syncs the following product components:

• Branding
• Design
• Usability
• Function

We work towards making your products more:

• Enjoyable
• Meaningful
• Valuable
• Relevant
• Effective

iOS / Web

After our initial discovery phase, we determined that there were two very different personas we needed to address:

• Employees: A mobile app so they could easily refer people from their network with the convenience of their phones.

• Companies: A web app to manage job openings, recruiting processes and bounty payments for referral providers regardless of their operating system.

K-Laser approached us to design the graphical interface of their devices. The project required a good level of understanding on how the hardware operated and the features it provided.

Enterprise vs. Startup
Does your company need a User Experience Design or UX Audit?
We’re an enterprise company with an existing brand, can we work with WANDR for user experience design? Do we need UX audit?

Absolutely! We can audit your existing user experience and suggest changes, or work on developing a product from scratch that meets your existing brand direction.

The WANDR Product Strategy and UX Design Firm is based in Los Angeles, but has team members around the world. Our agile, international team allows us to stay ahead of global trends, and build scale-able data-driven designs.

We’re a startup company, is it too soon to do user experience design?

Startups -- we’ve been there! Building a company from scratch means limited time and resources. We’ve helped startups raised over $100 Million dollars, and built brands from the ground up.

It’s never too soon to work on researching, validating, and designing your product. If anything, building a viable product is critical to building a viable company.

We have special deals for startups. User experience design is included in our Startup Bootcamp .

Alternatively, contact us directly at hello@wandr.studio for a custom startup package.

What’s the difference between WANDR User Experience Design Services for startups vs. for enterprise companies?

We don’t believe in a “one-size fits all” solution for every company’s UX. We work with brands, whether small or large, to understand and prioritize their product goals.

At WANDR, we strive to maintain a standard of excellence for all of our services and all of our clients.

However, we understand that startups have to make difficult product choices based on their limited resources. We’re here to help and have created a program specifically for startups .

On the other hand, many of our enterprise clients have built-in processes of their own. They frequently have more people who need to approve partner work, or pre-requisites in scope of work. Our enterprise clients can invest more time into large case studies, extensive research, and oftentime request additional user experience options.

We’re here to help both large-scale and small-scale companies alike.

How long does a UX Design project take?

After years of user experience work, we’ve learned that each client and project is unique. Some enterprise companies have long-hauled approval process across different verticals; some startups are on a tight deadline -- then there’s everyone in between.

In short, there is no definitive timeline for all projects. Instead, we meet with you to discuss your goals, and create a timeline together.

We meet weekly, set the scope of work for the week, and deliver accordingly. We can structure a project across a few weeks or a few months, based on the total scope of work, your timeline, and resources.
