Overview

ContractSafe is a secure and easy-to-use platform that helps you avoid contract hardships. Its mission is to help businesses stay in compliance with contractual deadlines, by storing everything securely on the cloud and sending email date reminders for all of your contracts. Contractual terms are also searchable via this tool--making things much easier than ever before!

The Challenge

Our biggest challenge was trying to meet a tight deadline for such a large project: we were given 2 months to create a new art direction, recruit users for testing, redesign the UX of 3 major user flows and create a design system to hand off to the development team.

The Goal

We wanted to make it easier for users to quickly navigate and access key features, while also educating them on how they can be used. To accomplish this, we focused heavily on the onboarding flow where users were guided through features such as folders, team updates, and notifications.

Design System & Clickable Prototype

One of the most critical assets we delivered to ContractSafe was a solid Design System. We created a clickable prototype so the experience when uploading a contract and all the steps that come afterward were more accessible for the users to understand while testing.
